The Rising is a faction of various citizens who are attempting to overthrow the world government. This faction is not a singular group, but rather a collection of multiple groups from around the world all trying to take power. The Rising’s goal is to remove all government and allow all people to live freely.

Leader
The Rising is lead by a singular entity, known as The Reaper. The Reaper, who’s identity is currently unknown, uses letters to pass messages to different groups within the Rising, and acts as the voice of the Rising.
Locations
Each location generally has their own group of people fighting their government’s style. Some groups may be more “righteous” than others, but all of them are anti-government.
